Liquid Packaging Solutions manufactures Chuck Cappers for a wide range of production needs, from handheld to fully automatic chuck capping machines.  Each chuck capper is manufactured with a rubber chuck insert set into a brushed aluminum chuck.  The chuck decends onto the cap and applies torque to seal the cap onto the container. 

Handheld chuck cappers are ideal for production where caps are hand placed by an operator.  Semi-Automatic Chuck Capping equipment and Automatic Chuck Capping machines will work with higher levels of automation up to and including fully automated packaging systems!  Portable frames also allow these capping machines to be used in facilities with more than one packaging line.
