Shrink Wrappers, or Bundlers, are used to package a collection of products as one, supported or unsupported, by applying a shrink film around the bundle and then shrinking the film to the products. 

Automatic shrink wrap bundlers offered by Liquid Packaging Solutions apply a "bullseye" wrap around products.  The machines create a sleeve of shrink film which is secured around the product, leaving two circular openings, or bullseyes, on the sides of the wrapped product.  The machines can shrink wrap individual products, trays or products, pads of products or unsupported collections of products.

Case erectors are used to open and erect a wide range of box sizes.  From manual case erecting to automatic case erecting, these machines can add efficiency to your packing and production line.

Automatic case erectors use vacuum pumps to pull blanks from a case magazine, erect cases and seal the bottom for presentation for the next packaging phase, whether that be packing, labeling, coding or any other packaging function.  Semi-Automatic Case Erectors offered by Liquid Packaging Solutions includes a box packing station that allows operators to simply open the box and slide it into the packing area.

Case Sealers, or Case Tapers, can increase efficiency on any packaging system by quickly and easily getting product ready to ship. Case sealers are available for almost any size box or any type of taping configuration and will apply tape to the top, bottom or top and bottom of boxes.

Both side belt driven and bottom belt driven case tapers are available to tape a wide range of case sizes.  The case tapers will apply 2" wide pressure sensitive tape to uniform or random size boxes as needed.  Leg extensions, interchangeable tape cartridges and adjustable side rails or belts make these case tapers versatile enough for almost any packaging system.

Pallet Wrappers use stretch film to support and secure product loaded onto a pallet for shipping.  The stretch wrap machines offered by Liquid Packaging Solutions are available in high-profile and low-profile models to accommodate loading by both hand truck or forklift. 

For special projects and applications, ring wrappers and rotary arm wrappers are also available.  Ring wrappers are ideal for wrapping odd shaped items such as windows, long pipes and bars or furniture components.  Rotary arm wrappers work well with pallet loads that are unstable or too heavy to turn, allowing the load to remain still while the arm circles and wraps.
