Skate Conveyor

Skate conveyors use staggered skate wheels to propel products down the conveyor. These conveyors are ideal for conveying boxes and larger items with a flat bottom. Skate conveyors are ideal for packing and moving boxes at the end of a packaging system.

Serpentine Skate Conveyor

The serpentine skate conveyor uses skatewheels to convey products down the conveyor system. However, the serpentine design allows the conveyor to be bent and turned to fit individual conveying needs. The serpentine conveyor also collapses when not in use to save floor space.

Non-power conveyors include close roller conveyors, skate conveyors and serpentine skate conveyors. These conveyors are ideal for moving pails, buckets and boxes between packaging phases. Non-power conveyors may also be used at the end of an automated packaging system to pack and ship product.
