The Automatic Snap Capping Machine uses either a press on head or a press on belt to secure snap caps to your container. With the ability to cap a wide range of container sizes and shapes, the snap capper can be used on an inline packaging system for continuous capping of snap caps.
Manual and Semi-Automatic Snap Capping equipment is also available for stand alone snap capping, special snap capping projects or facilities with lower levels of production.
The Automatic Spindle/Snap Capping Machine combines the spindle wheels of the Spindle Capper with a press-on head or press-on belt of the Snap Capper.
This capping machine is ideal for the production facility that caps many different products using many different cap types and styles. The spindles and snap device can be used in combination for caps that are difficult to seal or they can be used individually depending on the cap being run in production. Spindle/Snap capping equipment offers the versatility of two capping machines in one!
Cap Pre-feeders are used to supply caps to a cap sorting device such as a vibratory or centrifugal bowl. The cap elevator type pre-feeder allows the operator of the capping machine to simply supply the cap-feeder with bulk caps. The pre-feeder, using sensors will deliver caps to the cap sorting device when needed!
NOTE: Depending on the fitment and the cap being used, the construction of the fitment cap combiner can vary. The packaging machine described here is one example of a fitment and cap combining system.
Custom capping projects require custom capping machines! Liquid Packaging Solutions manufactures capping machinery for custom caps and containers! Each specialty capping machine is custom manufactured for the cap and container of the individual customer. Specialty cappers include snap cappers, combination spindle and snap capping machines and pail lid pressers.
Accessories for capping machinery can add to the efficiency of your capping process by further automating your production. Cap Pre-feeders and cap sorting elevators allow bulk loading of caps and delivery of caps, leaving an operator only to occasionally replenish the bulk caps.
