Dealer Representative Registration Form

Register yourself and your Client with LPS

Register your Company:

Fill out a copy of the "Representative Registration Form" (below) to register your company with Liquid Packaging Solutions.

If we have no sales contact with the customer in the previous year, your customer is now registered exclusively for you in our computer for a period of one year. This period is renewed for one year with your customer by any sales activity you perform that in turn generates sales activity from Liquid Packaging Solutions.

Step 3: Registration is project-specific and covers only the projects you have specified. All projects must be registered individually.

Step 4: We will fax or email you a quote within 24 hours and provide to you exclusivity on the registered account for one year. Please advise us whether we should send the quote directly to you or to your customer.

Step 5: Let is help you close the sale! The standard Liquid Packaging Solutions representative discount is 5% for standard terms orders with discounts. Commission is 10% when orders are paid with a non-discounted minimum of 75% or 100% down payment. We can help you with:

  • Etc.
