Happy Independence Day from LPS!

Liquid Packaging Solutions would like to wish everyone a Happy and Safe 4th of July weekend in 2016. And as we celebrate our nation's independence, we would also like to once again thank those who have made, and those who keep, our nation safe and free. As the 4th approaches, we take just a little bit more pride in attaching the "Made in the USA" plaque to each piece of equipment we manufacture.

LPS will be closed on Monday, July 4th for Independence Day, but as we celebrate this weekend and on to Monday, we will also take pride in knowing that LPS helped prepare many of the products that help make the holiday special. Many of the beverages we drink throughout the next few days, including water, juice and, for some, more adult drinks like distilled spirits and pre-made mixers, will have been filled and capped by LPS equipment somewhere in the United States or even around the world.

Spending some time in the sun? There is a chance that the tanning lotion or sunblock applied during that time was also prepared by LPS machinery. And for those lucky few that need Aloe after catching too many rays? Also a possibility that LPS machinery prepared that product to take away the burn.

For those firing up the old fashioned grill, the lighter fluid may have passed through different LPS equipment to help make that fire easier to get started. And for the lighter party fair, such as chip dips, salsa, ketchup and mustard for the hot dogs, LPS machinery can handle food products as well. Finally, as we all prepare to watch the fireworks on Monday evening or earlier over the weekend, we know that in some areas mosquitos and other pests can ruin a warm summer night. Which is why LPS is happy to have helped package mosquito and other pest repellants in our time as a packager as well.

In the end, we take pride knowing that in some small way, we help our packagers get their products to you, to make your life easier and more enjoyable every day of the year. But again, we would not be able to do what we do, without the sacrifices of all those who have, and continue to, keep this country safe and free! So a special thank you to all the soldiers and their families that make not only this holiday possible, but every day of our lives possible as well.
