LPS will be bringing some of its most popular liquid filling machinery to the East Pack Show, including a filling machine, a capping machine and conveyors. In addition to the automatic, inline filling and capping machinery above, LPS will also put a tabletop filling system on display
Overflow Filler
The Automatic Overflow Filling Machine can be manufactured by LPS for anywhere from 2 to 16 fill heads. These machines are manufactured to grow with your company and your production. The standard fill bar and overflow manifold allow even two head machines to be upgraded to sixteen heads in the future. Overflow fillers are ideal for thin, free flowing liquids as well as products that foam. This filling machine also ensures a cosmetic fill on each and every bottle, ensuring that your product makes a good showing on the store shelves.
Spindle Capper
The Automatic Spindle Capper manufactured by Liquid Packaging Solutions allows users to run a wide variety of cap sizes and styles. Easy adjustments to the cap chute, gripper belts and spindle wheels allow for quick changeovers from one cap size or type to another. This capping machine is also available in a semi-automatic model and can include a number of custom options, such as double gripper belts for more bottle stability during the capping process.
Conveyor Systems
Liquid Packaging Solutions offers conveyor systems in aluminum, stainless steel or HDPE construction. Both Powered and Non-Powered Conveyors are also available, with custom systems, such as incline, decline or curved conveyors manufactured by LPS! Turntables for loading and accumulating at either end of a conveyor system are also available in the same choices of construction materials.
Tabletop System
For space restricted or low production companies, LPS will exhibit a tabletop filling system at East Pack. Like our automatic filling systems, tabletop systems are available as overflow fillers, gravity fillers or pump fillers based on the type of product being run.
