When Integration Is Part Of The Solution

Frequently our clients come to us with projects which require machinery which we do not manufacture, but are nonetheless required for their project. Specific examples include, but are not limited to: • Bottle Unscramblers • Powder or Particle Fillers • Checkweighers • Induction Sealers • Ink-Jet Or Laser Coders • Labelers • Neck Banders • Case Erectors • Drop Packers • Case Tapers • Pallet Wrappers We have well established relationships with other packaging machine manufacturers which allow us to provide complete system integration. Sometimes our clients clearly specify what they want, and sometimes they leave that up to us. Either way, the goal is to deliver the quality equipment, at the right price and at right time. When we do an integration project, you can expect that we will ensure that the following critical characteristics: •Line Layout customized to fit the space requirements at our customer's plant •Clearly articulated requirmenets for Compressed Air, Electrical Service, machine by machine •Project Management Services to ensure that all of the various suppliers deliver what they are supposed to, when they are supposed to. •Full testing and verification at our facility before shipment •Coordination of Installation of all machinery at our customer's plant When you work with us on an Integration Project, we "sweat the details" so you don't have to!
