A Drip Tray can be added to a liquid filler to assist in the ease of clean-up and maintenance.  Drip Trays on filling machines are especially helpful when a product tends to string or foam and when using a heated product that may gel as it cools.

The drip tray on automatic liquid filling machines can be controlled by the Allen Bradley Micrologix PLC.  On Semi-Automatic liquid fillers and tabletop filling machines, drip trays can be placed and removed manually.  Either option keeps product drips or spills contained for easy filler clean-up, wash-down or maintenance.
