Different products run on liquid filling machines will require different tubing options.  The product pathway will consist of tubing on most fillers and this tubing must be matched with each product to avoid contamination, product tainting or excessive wear and tear on the tubing itself.

Liquid Packaging Solutions offers a variety of tubing for the various liquid filling machines.  PVC tubing is used for non-harsh, non-corrosive liquid products, but liquid fillers running corrosive products, food grade products, hot products or any other unique item may require something more!  Running more then one product on a filling machine may also require an upgrade to the tubing to insure one product does not contaminate another.

Liquid Filler tubing options include, but are not limited to: teflon, stainless steel, wire reinforced PVC, high-pressure tubing and silicone tubing.  LPS will match your product to the filler tubing that will serve it best!
