The ROPP Capper includes sensors that will stop the capping process if caps or containers are not present.  This ROPP capper system uses electronic eyes to insure containers and caps are not ruined by passing through the capper one without the other.  In addition, the ROPP Capper promotes safety by stopping the capping process, removing the temptation for someone to fix a container or cap jam without cutting power to the capper.

The cap delivery system on the ROPP Capper also includes sensors to alert the operator when bulk caps are running low.
