A tightening station on the spindle capper consists of two sets of tightening spindles, which thread a cap down on to a container.

Spindle cappers from Liquid Packaging Solutions come standard with three tightening stations, consisting of a total of six spindle wheels.  Additional tightening stations may be necessary, for example, if a container has a long thread or the cap container combination requires an abundance of torque.

LPS can add additional tightening stations to the spindle capper to handle these unique packaging system situations.
