Automatic Inverting Air Rinser

The automatic inverting air rinser allows for continuous container cleaning on an inline packaging system. The air rinser inverts containers over a basin and rinses the inside of individual containers with a blast of compressed air or other air supply. PLC controls on the rinsing machine include up to 10 memory locations for easy recall and set up of the most commonly rinsed containers. This rinsing machine can handle anywhere from two to sixteen containers per rinse cycle.
