The Semi-Automatic Bottle Washer includes four separate stages for each container wash or rinse.  The four stages include a pre-rinse, wash, sanitize and a final rinse.  The rinse cycles normally use a customer-supplied water source while the wash and sanitize phases allow the operator to choose their own customer-supplied rinsing, sanitizing or washing media.

Each phase on the Semi-Automatic Bottle Washer allows for indiviudal control of the time.  For example, the operator may set the packaging machine to sanitize for twice as long as the bottle washer rinses.
