The cap sorting elevator can handle a wide range of cap types and sizes.  Certain adjustments may be necessary when changing over from one cap to another.  These adjustments can include speed of the cleated belt, tilt of the cleated belt and width of the cap delivery outlet, among others.

All adjustments for new or different caps can be made by the operator of the cap sorting elevator without the need for tools!  Simple knob and ratchet adjustments are all that are needed to ready the cap sorting elevator for the next cap to be used.
