MODEL #:
The standard cartoning machine uses a starwheel with twelve positions to move cartons around the inside of the cartoning area in an intermittent motion. Once the carton is fed and opened, it will pass through five stations, or positions, on the starwheel that allow for operator insertion of the product. The top flap of the carton is then closed before the carton is discharged from the cartoning area at position eleven. Depending on the container size, the number of positions on the starwheel may differ.
