Each chuck capping machine from Liquid Packaging Solutions comes equipped with two chuck inserts matched to the caps used for your containers!

The chuck insert "grabs" the cap when the chuck capper is ready to tighten the cap onto the container, allowing the cap to be threaded to an accurate torque.  Chuck inserts are normally a rubber or compound material that will not mar or damage caps, though custom materials are available for special applications.

A range of chuck insert sizes are also available for the chuck cappers, allowing the cappers to handle a variety of cap sizes!
