Clean Room Laminar Air Flow

In general, the laminar air flow of the clean room refers to the "unidirectional" flow of air. Filtered air enters the clean room via ceiling mounted HEPA filter modules. The air is blow straight down from the filters where it exits the cleanroom at the assembly bottom or base and recirculated. This laminar air flow allows contaminants produced within the clean room to be swept away as well.
