Cleated Belt

MODEL #:

The Cap Sorting Elevator uses a cleated belt to deliver caps to the capping machine. Caps that are incorrectly oriented for the capping process fall back into the stainless steel hopper to be picked up by the cleated belt once again until oriented correctly.

The belt, cleats and cleat spacing will all be manufactured by Liquid Packaging Solutions to meet the individual needs of the customer based on cap type, cap size and a range of other factors.
