Chuck Cappers from Liquid Packaging Solutions normally come standard with two chuck inserts specifically matched to the caps of the customer.  Each chuck insert will work with a range of cap sizes, meaning small and large caps will require different chuck inserts.

Liquid Packaging Solutions offers chuck inserts for all chuck capping machines in a variety of sizes and materials.  The type and number necessary for your individual capping needs will depend on the cap size, cap type and the product that you are capping!

Chuck inserts will wear over time and your cap style and size may also change over time.  LPS also keeps chuck inserts in stock for replacement of existing inserts or the addition of new inserts for new capping projects.
