All of the chuck cappers manufactured by Liquid Packaging Solutions will be manufactured with a chuck size to handle the individual customer caps.  A single chuck, with the addition of chuck inserts, will handle a range of cap sizes.

Sometimes, if a customer has a wide range of cap sizes - from several millimeters to a hundred millimeters - more than one chuck may be necessary to accomodate all of the different caps.  Similarly, different cap styles may necessitate different chucks for the same capping machine.

Even if your current chuck capper is being used on a single cap size, the different chucks allow the addition of other cap sizes in the future.  Liquid Packaging Solutions offers varying chuck sizes to accomodate a wide range of cap types and styles and will match your caps to the ideal chuck for your chuck capping machine!
