Liquid Nitrogen Injector Consistent Dosing

The liquid nitrogen injector delivers a precise, consistent dose of nitrogen to each container. With a PLC Controller, the liquid nitrogen injector uses constant pressure and repeats dose duration for each container to ensure consistent dosing. The liquid nitrogen can be introduced to the entire container to increase container rigidity or it can be introduced into the headspace of the container prior to capping to remove oxygen and extend product shelf life.
