The number of standard fill heads available on Liquid Packaging Solutions' Liquid Fillers depends on the type of machine (automatic, tabletop) and the filling principle used (overflow, gravity, pump). 

Each fill head will fill one container during each filling "cycle".  So an eight head filler will fill eight containers per cycle.  Cycles per minute will depend in part on your product and/or container.  In this way, the number of fill heads is one factor in determining the speed with which your packaging system will fill.  Add product, container size and production needs to the number of fill heads and LPS can help you determine the ideal system for your unique needs. 

Below is a list of the standard number of fill heads for Liquid Packaging Solutions liquid fillers.  As always, custom manufacturing for specific products and containers outside of the specified number of fill heads is available.

• Automatic Overflow Filler     1 to 16 fill heads
• Tabletop Overflow Filler     1 to 4 fill heads
• Automatic Gravity Filler     1 to 16 fill heads
• Tabletop Gravity Filler     1 to 4 fill heads
• Automatic Pump Filler     2 to 6 fill heads
• Tabletop Pump Filler     1 or 2 fill heads
• Automatic Corrosion Resistant Filler    2 to 16 fill heads
• Tabletop Corrosion Resistant Filler     1 to 6 fill heads

Remember, each fill head on a pump filling machine normally requires an individual pump!
