Description - Spindle Cap Tightener Spindle cap tightener / retorquer receives bottles with hand placed caps and automatically tightens caps. Gripper side belts and cap stabilizer hold caps and bottles in place while rubberized tightening discs (spindles) contact cap on opposite sides and spin cap down. Clutches allow just the right torque on caps. Bottles do not stop during the continuous operation of tightening. Standard unit can take 1-4 tightening stations, and cap chute and sorter can be added as upgrades to create an automatic capper. Cap sizes of 8-120 mm and bottle sizes of ½ oz. to 2.5 gallon can be run. Key Features - Spindle Cap Tightener
