Operation
Operator slides container(s) on slide track under fill head and presses button or steps on footswitch. Machine dispenses previously set fill amount. Operator slides full container(s) out from beneath fill head and repeats process for next container.
FILLING PRINCIPLE: dependant upon pump type. Many pump types available. Ideal for handling thick products and products with particulates.
CONTROL PACKAGE: GL dual head control timer with two 15 amp outputs, two memory locations, easy fill calibration feature, LED electronic readout, manual mode, count up/count down feature, tone/no tone count feature, 0.1 second calibration, footswitch input jack. Standard Power: 110 VAC, 1Ph, 50/60 Hz, 15 amps. (Any power available.)
RE-SUPPLY PUMP: none needed. Pump is part of fill head.
FILL HEAD: one 316 stainless steel, Teflon seal fill head.
