The inline neck bander works in unison with the inline heat tunnel to efficiently apply shrink seals to a wide range of containers.
The neck bander strips the necessary band of shrink material from a roll and applies it to the container and cap. The container then moves through the heat tunnel to provide a tamper evident seal on your product!
Quick and easy changeover from one cap or container to another makes the neck bander an ideal machine for facilities that use shrink sealing to provide tamper evidence on their products!
Neck Bander will automatically strip the band from roll and apply it around the cap and neck of a container. Heat tunnels, also offered by Liquid Packaging Solutions, will then shrink the band for a tight seal.
