As the name suggests, these liquid filling machines take advantage of the force of gravity to provide a time-based fill. Using an elevated tank to raise product over the fill heads, pneumatic valves will open for a pre-set amount of time to allow liquid to flow into the bottles. Individually timed fill heads offer accurate volumetric fills for a range of free-flowing, water-like products.
