Cleaners and Chemicals cover a wide range of liquids, some corrosive and some not. Items like bleach, acids and other harsh chemicals may require a unique solution that does not use a material like stainless steel. Where steel would be eaten by the products, LPS manufactures filling machines from plastic to protect the life and integrity of the equipment. As these products are usually free-flowing liquids, HDPE overflow and gravity fillers are often seen, as well as stainless steel models for non-corrosive cleaners and chemicals. Rinsing machinery may also be present on a solution for these products, though they are not always a necessity. The popular screw on type closure is often seen on cleaners and chemicals, including CRC caps, meaning spindle and chuck capping machines are popular in the industry. Labels will often be applied with a wrap or panel, though other applications will be seen as well.
