Bottle Debaggers are popular in the dairy industry for opening and indexing tiers of gallon sized milk containers, but can be used for any container bagged in tiers. The bottle debaggers slit open bags containing multiple rows of containers. Once the bag is removed, these packaging machines index containers one row at a time onto the packaging line conveyor for filling, labeling or any other packaging system function.
The automatic bottle debagger uses a servo motor system to de-stack tiers of cartons. The debagging machine then cuts, strips and scraps the bags before indexing containers and presenting them to the packaging system conveyor in single rows.
