Liquid Packaging Solutions builds loading turntables for efficient bottle placement at the beginnng of a packaging line. These simple machines move round or nearly round bottles to the outside of the turntable for presentation to the main conveyor system. For non-round bottles, LPS offers an indexing conveyor with easily adjustable rows and a loading table also allowing for quick placement of containers to begin the packaging process. Our power conveyors are manufactured using stainless steel, aluminum or HDPE to ensure smooth movement of bottles from one packaging machine to the next. Conveyor systems are hand tailored to the project at hand, including line height, belt width and material, and layout, including curved conveyors to save space on the production floor or add efficiency to the packaging project. Cooling conveyors built by LPS allow packagers with molten or hot fill products to add dwell time between filling machines and capping or sealing equipment to ensure product and package integrity.
Both accumulation turntables and conveyors can be used to gather product at any point in the packaging line for quality control, or at the end of the line to assist in prepping finished products for packing and shipping. Serpentine conveyor systems can be used for cooling or accumulation to allow for multiple rows and layers, maximizing the available production space for any project.
