Liquid Packaging Solutions is looking for a Sales Professional to join our team and handle an established territory in the United States, selling packaging equipment across a variety of industries. LPS not only manufactures power conveyors, turntables, filling machines, capping machines and more, but also offers services such as integration, installation, service and more. Our Sales Team is supported by a strong marketing program, including our website, www.liquidpackagingsolution.com, which will give candidates a better idea of what we actually create on a day to day basis at our La Porte, Indiana plant!
Working with the LPS Sales Team offers many benefits, but two specifically really stand out! When taking over a territory at LPS, the area comes with many established customers from many different sectors. Our new team member will not be set by a phone and tasked with building a base of customers. Instead, he or she will be presented with existing customers and asked to continue building relationships with those customers, becoming a part of their team as well as our own. In addition, new leads come in on a daily basis from across the United States and around the world, offering qualified leads each week in every territory. These new leads bring more opportunity to build ongoing relationships with packagers through sales and service. Secondly, LPS offers our sales team a compensation package that includes both a salary and a generous commission plan. At LPS we understand that the market can fluctuate from year to year or even month to month. Our compensation package ensures that, while staying motivated, our sales team will also earn income each week.
