LPS YouTube Offers Glimpse of Our Packaging Machines

While a number of videos can be found on the Liquid Packaging Solutions website, visiting the YouTube of LPS will allow a packager to see and browse a variety of solutions in one single location. The Video Page  allows for quick and easy navigation between clips of filling machines, capping equipment, nitrogen purge systems and many other packaging machines. Below are a few of the videos that can be found on the site and a sampling of the components, principles and packaging functions that can be seen.

Horseshoe Style Packaging Line

To save space or cut down on labor needs, a conveyor system on a packaging line may be designed to turn bottles as they move from machine to machine. In other words, rather than running in a straight line, a bottle may be filled, then make a ninety degree turn on the conveyor to be capped, followed by another ninety degree turn to be labeled. The horseshoe design in not the only alternative to a straight line set up, as just about any shape or form can be engineered to meet the needs of a packager's project.

Overflow Filling Machine

The Overflow Filler is probably the most popular liquid filler manufactured by Liquid Packaging Solutions. This machine allows a packager to fill bottles or other containers to the same level with each cycle, with each cycle able to run up to sixteen bottles at a time. Though not used exclusively with see-through or clear containers, the level fill offers the obvious benefit of improving the shelf impact of products in glass or clear plastic bottles.

Tabletop Chuck Capping Machine

Of course, not every packager needs an automatic solution. LPS also manufactures tabletop and semi-automatic equipment as well, including rinsing machines, bottle fillers and bottle cappers. The tabletop chuck capper in this third video allows for consistent, reliable and repeatable tightening of continuous thread caps in a very small footprint - a tabletop!

Of course, the videos above are only a small sampling of the work that can be done at LPS! After browsing the different videos on the YouTube channel, viewers are encouraged to call the Packaging Specialists at LPS to ask questions, discuss projects or consult on custom designs. Located in La Porte, Indiana, just about 60 miles east of Chicago, Liquid Packaging Solutions operates Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM Central Time.
