The Semi-Automatic Portable Chuck Capper from Liquid Packaging Solutions allows packagers the freedom to move the capping machine from one area to another, or from one line to another, on the production floor.  The operator of the Semi-Automatic Portable Chuck Capping Machine simply places the cap on the container, places the container into the positioning nest and then presses a button to begin the capping process.  The capping machine chuck head then descends to apply the necessary torque to finish the capping process.  The chuck capper works with screw-on type closures including flat caps, sports caps and other continuous thread style lids.
