The Semi-Automatic Spindle Capper from Liquid Packaging Solutions requires an operator to load a cap chute or to place screw-on closures on each bottle prior to tightening. Once the caps are in the chute on or the bottles, the machine will tighten a variety of continuous thread caps, including flat caps, pumps, flip-tops, and others, as they move through the equipment on a power conveyor. The full frame design of this semi-automatic machine allows for a future upgrade to automatic production with the addition of a cap delivery system.
