The speed of the conveyor can be built into the filler control box, creating a centralized control station for all components of the packaging system. Stainless Steel rails with HDPE wear strips, or HDPE rails, allow for smooth bottle motion from one packaging phase to another. Double guide rails are an option for tall, thin or odd shaped bottles. And the quick touch adjustment knobs allow for easy changeover of packaging systems that are running several different bottle types or sizes on the conveyor system.
Most power conveyors are equipped with a 4" polypropylene flat top belt. Wider belt is available upon request.
