On The Way to PACK EXPO 2015
While Liquid Packaging Solutions representatives remain in the offices this week, the equipment being put on display at PACK EXPO 2015 has left the plant to begin the trip to Las Vegas! With the show now only a week away, running from September 28th through the 30th at the Las Vegas Convention Center, most of the preparation is now done other than the arrival of our Packaging Specialists at the show site.
LPS will be displaying an overflow filling system, along with both loading and accumulating turntables, in Booth 3505 at PACK EXPO 2015. This automatic filling system is not only one of the most popular machines manufactured in the La Porte, Indiana plant, but also allows visitors to the show to get a look at the controls for such filling machines. The control panel includes a Main Screen that shows total production and allows quick control of main machine functions such as the conveyor, the fill cycle and other features. In addition, the controls include screens for setting up the filler, for finding indexing times, for the manual toggle or control of certain components as well as alarm and recipe screens to assist with troubleshooting and set up. Though the screens may differ slightly for other fill principles, the overflow system on display at PACK EXPO will allow attendees to gain general knowledge on the automatic filling machine controls as built by LPS.
In addition to the packaging machinery discussed above, LPS will have a display featuring video of the many different machines and packaging systems designed and manufactured in the Indiana plant. Along with other filling machines, visitors are encouraged to watch the short video to get a glimpse of our container cleaning equipment, including wet and air rinsing machines, our capping machines, including equipment for a wide variety of different closures, our power conveyor systems and a number of other machines. Equipment ranges from tabletop machinery to completely automated packaging lines, meaning LPS serves packagers and production requirements both large and small.
And of course LPS representatives will be in the booth all three days of the exhibition to answer questions, demonstrate machinery or simply consult on solutions for specific packaging projects.
