Still Time to Register for PACK EXPO 2018

With just over ten days remaining until the show floor opens at PACK EXPO 2018 at Chicago's McCormick Place, there is still time to register to attend the biggest packaging gathering of the year. Liquid Packaging Solutions will be at exhibiting at the show in Booth S-3216 and bringing one of our most popular filling machines, the overflow filler. For anyone not yet registered but planning to attend the show, simply click here to register courtesy of LPS and have the registration fee waived.

The Overflow Filling Machine from Liquid Packaging Solutions offers a unique principal that allows bottles to be filled to a specified level with each fill cycle. Even where interior volumes of the containers vary slightly, the fluid in each container will consistently reach the same level. This is achieved using a nozzle that dives into the bottle, creates a seal and releases liquid until it reaches the correct level. Once the level is met, additional product will return to the tank or "overflow" out of the bottles. The consistent level fill makes the overflow machine an ideal choice for clear glass or plastic bottles or other containers in that an aesthetic value is added when these products appear uniform on the shelf.

However, this liquid filler will not be ideal for every filling project. LPS also manufactures equipment that can fill containers based on volume, net weight and other principals as well. In addition, LPS offers other equipment, such as turntables, conveyors, rinsing machines, capping equipment and more. When combined with integration services, LPS is able to offer packagers the ability to acquire all their packaging machinery needs in one location. The company also offers services such as consultation, installation and training, while maintaining a parts department that is stocked with wear and spare parts for LPS and OEM machinery.

At Liquid Packaging Solutions, we manufacture packaging machinery, but we also strive to achieve a partnership with our packaging family that ensures success for all involved for years to come. We understand that our job does not end at the delivery of the equipment, but continues as long as the equipment is in production. LPS is located just about 60 miles east of the PACK EXPO show and invites anyone who is interested in learning more about our company and machinery to stop in for a visit at the La Porte, Indiana plant after the show has wrapped up!

We look forward to seeing faces new and old at this year's PACK EXPO in Chicago, and hope all of the packagers in attendance, new and old, will stop by and say hello to LPS reps.
