PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS - Basic System for Thin Products
Personal Care and Household Products can range from soaps and shampoos to toothpaste, air fresheners and more. This wide range of products will include liquids with viscosities both high and low, and the equipment used to package these products will vary from project to project. However, a basic automated system for thin Personal Care and Household Products may consist of:
- Loading Turntable
- Power Conveyors
- Automatic Overflow Filler
- Automatic Spindle Capper
- Labeling Machine - Front, Back and Wrap*
- Accumulating Turntable
Additional equipment may be added to a line, depending on the product itself, the production requirements, or simply the desire of the packager. This basic system may be modified to find the ideal solution for any unique project for Personal Care or Household Products.
